REFUND POLICES

• ACAIME SALENTO is covered by the Colombian law 300 which reserves the right to consider compelling reasons for non-participation in the reserved and or contracted activity. Also, the circumstances that may give reason to a request for refund.
• After starting the service no refund will be made.
• If there is a cancellation of the user of the reservation without just cause before 24 hours will be charged a 50% of the total value. after 24 hours no refund will be made
• Failure to use our services for a justify cause (death, hospitalization, duly certified accident) 50% of the total activity cost will be returned.

INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• For your safety be attentive and follow the recommendations that are given by your guide or environmental interpreter during the tour.
